• Information both parties agree in writing to disclose

Voluntary Participation

Participation in mediation is entirely voluntary. Any party may withdraw from mediation at any time. The mediator may also suspend or terminate mediation if, in their professional judgment, continuing would not be productive or appropriate.

Fees and Payment

Mediation fees will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. Payment terms include:

• Initial consultations are provided free of charge
• Mediation session fees are typically shared equally between parties unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due as specified in your mediation agreement
• Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement

No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from mediation. The success of mediation depends on the good faith participation of all parties. Any agreement reached is the result of the parties' own decisions.
